We met Penny when we were tring to sell our home 6 years ago. Times were tough and the market was even worse, our home was not worth what we owed and to avoid foreclosure we would have to sell it as a short sale. She encouraged us, prayed with us and refused to give up hope that the right people would come and at the right time. She called us one day to tell us we had an offer!! We were overjoyed and she rejoiced in our victory with us. We closed shortly after, and Penny was right there with us at closing.
She also helped us purchase a home. We looked for a little over a year for the right house and Penny showed us house after house. Again Penny encouraged us and kept telling us to be paitent that the right one was there and she would not give up until we found it. Finally we found it!!! We closed on it 6 months ago, and Penny again was right there with us at closing. She is an AMAZING person and an AWESOME realtor. We refer her to everyone!! :) May 2013

Joyce and I looked for a home for over three years before meeting Penny. We spoke with several agents with other companies. No one seemed to listen to what we were looking for until Penny. She went out of her way to make us feel as though we were the only people she was helping and she listened to what we were looking for. Penny showed us several houses and worked with our schedules to insure we saw every house we wanted to visit. With each new viewing we listed what we liked and what we didn’t like and Penny tailored the new houses to our suggestions. After over three years of looking on our own, Penny found the perfect home for us in a matter of weeks. She then lead us through the seemingly long process of buying that house, a short sale. No matter the problems or questions we encountered, Penny explained and helped us resolve all of it. She was always available to talk to and as hard as we tried, we never seemed to stump her. We cannot thank Penny enough for everything she has done for us. We love our new home. |

| Penny put our property on the market January 2013. We closed May 15th 2013.
During that period Penny was the "Professional Realtor". She kept us
informed with up-to-date market news and visiting realtor's feedback.
When asked, Penny gladly offered suggestions and advice on the sale.
Moreover, she was readily available when situations arose involving the sale.
We would definitely utilized her expertise again.
